Wireless Self-Locking System for Apartment Buildings

For apartment buildings without a self-locking system, there is a concern about security and privacy protection issues as outsiders have easy access to the inside of the building. To address this, our self-locking system allows only people who have been admitted to enter the entrance door and automatically locks that door once they have gone through in order to prevent outsiders from intruding or trespassing through the premises. This system runs on a wireless basis and thus power distribution work in apartments is not required. It is especially optimal for existing apartment buildings because of the short construction period and low cost. Q1. I would rather not have wiring in apartment rooms.
A1. Installation of wiring in rooms is not required! Cordless phones function as the entry phone.
Q2. Could you shorten the construction period?
A2. Only shared facilities require construction and this is completed within two days. In addition, we will respect your privacy and not enter any actual apartments.
Q3. What if tenants have a visitor when they are in a separate apartment or in shared facilities within the apartment building?
A3. If tenants carry around their cordless phone with them within their apartment building, they will be able to answer the phone and unlock the entrance door from where they are. Even when they are in other apartments within the same building, they are able to answer the phone without missing calls. However, the signal may not be received in certain areas depending on the building structure.
Q4. Can tenants now enter the building if they have forgotten the keys to their apartment?
A4. Yes, they can enter the apartment building by entering their apartment number code on the shared entry phone in order to unlock the entrance door.
Q5. We are already paying off other expenses. Is there any way for us to reduce the costs of adopting this system?
A5. Our wireless system is cheaper than other wired systems, although it may depend on the structural type of your building. Furthermore, there are no additional expenses, including monthly fees, with the exception of your regular electricity bill.
